The Stream Church is seeking to develop and acquire properties to support our Well Multiservice programs for temporary and permanent employment placement.

The Well Multiservice Center model will partner with employers to provide on-site training and professional development services in entry-level and mid-career Human Resources and Payroll Specialist roles. In addition, select employers will also colocate their Human Resources and/or Shared Service teams within our Well Multiservice Center offices, in order to take advantage of our on-site professional training and management services, making the Multiservice Center a bustling community of commerce and opportunity.

And the best part? Because we offer virtual training options as well as remote, office, or hybrid employment opportunities, there is literally no limit to the number of Well trainees we can serve!

The Stream Church's Well program is a nonprofit 501(c)3 employment training and placement program for underemployed and unemployed adult's seeking access to entry-level or mid-career roles in Human Resources and Payroll Specialist roles.

We partner with employers fill key roles in their human resources/shared services teams with highly-qualified entry-level and mid-career talent. Our hybrid training approach supports both remote and in-person workers and includes curriculum relevent to SHRM and PHR certification.

Leadership

Kadesh Simms Conroy, Executive Director

The Well has been concieved and led by the Executive Director of The Stream Church, Kadesh Simms Conroy. Ms. Simms Conroy is a veteran of the nonprofit workforce development and employment services industry. She has served as Director of Learning Communities for the Boston office of Year Up, Inc., a national nonprofit that connects thousands of young adults across the country to growing industries with local corporate partners such as State Street Bank, Microsoft, and Harvard University.

Ms. Simms Conroy holds an certification as a Senior Human Resoures Management professional and an MBA from Northeastern University, specializing in Human Resources Information Systems, where she awarded the New England Human Resource Professional Excellence Award. She has also served as the National Human Resources Director of B.E.L.L. Foundation where she managed a national workforce of over 1,000 season contractors and full-time employees as well as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Ivy Gate International Education Group, a multinational secondary education consulting company, where she grew their Boston office from 2 to over 100 employees. Ms. Simms Conroy is also the current Managing Director of The Wellspring Group, a for-profit human resources professional services firm, which provides temporary and permanent placement services to organizations with over 100 employees.

In addition to her other roles, Ms. Simms Conroy is also the President of the Board of Directors of D.O.V.E. (Domestic Violence Ended) a nonprofit organizations providing shelter and life-saving support and recovery services to survivors of intimate partner violence and their families.

Purpose

The Well is operated by The Stream Church, a 501(c)3 nonprofit entity which operates a multiservice agency providing additional clothing, financial, counseling, and training supports to the employees whom they prepare for the workforce.

Our charitable mission provides our employer partners with an added incentive to invest in the training and placement of key Human Resources roles offered by The Well as these investments are treated as tax-deductible donations. Employers can be confident that their newly hired talent will have all the resources necessary to fulfill their roles when they are support by the resources available to them through the The Stream Church's service agency.
